Objective: Get high-school Juniors to opt-in to the communication pool and help shape future student portfolio
Results: 8.4% response and a 25.4% conversion rate!
Developed and managed a multi-channel campaign consisting of web, email and social media using Agency-provided assets. We developed student personas and created a microsite to deliver persona-based content. We created an asset library (media, links, PDFs, etc.) and mapped it to individual interests like Greek Life or Arts & Humanities. We presented this content based on the student's preferences and interests. Emails were delivered to promote specific on-campus events and resulted in a subsequent and measurable lift in response. Facebook Ads were used to engage students on social media and to drive them to the online experience.
Customer: Kaiser Permanente, Small Business Group
Objective: Generate leads for the Broker channel
Results: Doubled the number of broker appointments!
Designed and developed an integrated lead gen campaign consisting of Direct Mail, a PURL-based microsite, a Tax Credit Calculator and Email. We worked with Kaiser's internal expert on creating an online Tax Credit Calculator and used that as a soft-offer to attract prospects to respond. Targeted reminder emails resulted in a subsequent lift in response.
Customer: Clackamas Federal Credit Union
Objective: Create a desktop and mobile-friendly website and Content Management System (CMS)
Results: Desktop/Tablet-friendly and mobile-optimized site powered using the same CMS! Plus, a customized Handbook a.k.a. a step-by-step "go-to" guide for managing content!
We approached the challenge by designing the information architecture based on best practices and experience and led the bank marketing team through the development process. The design and architecture were deliberately simple and intuitive. The CMS was designed to accomodate content for desktop and mobile. It automatically scaled down content to maximize user experience on mobile devices. We also helped the client migrate their content from static pages to the new CMS; a process that was very well appreciated by the client.
Objective: Create a system where dealers can design and distribute print-based marketing with a few clicks
Results: A Click-to-Mail Direct Mail Manager to enable real-time design and deployment of print-based marketing communications in under 5 clicks!
We designed and developed a secure click-to-mail dealer portal to enable design, on-the-fly customization and distribution of marketing material. Pre-approved designs and templates enabled swift and easy customization, previews and automation while built-in workflow automation and business processes enabled campaigns to seamlessly flow into the Agency’s backend processes for fulfillment. Dealers got access to an integrated online system rather than a hotchpotch system when executing their direct mail campaign.
Customer: Midwest Regional Healthcare Provider
Objective: Automate the delivery of 60+ direct mail campaigns delivered over the course of a year
Results: 60+ campaigns and 400+ man-hours automated with an estimated ROI of 3 months and a succesful rollout in 2 other states.
We developed a fully configurable microsite supported by an automated File Manager. The microsite served as a single response channel and was built to support dynamic personalization and creative testing based on the target audience and their individual characteristics. The File Manager featured real-time processing of data and on-the-go personalization. Program owners could configure dynamic content elements such as text, phone numbers and images to build the microsite experience on the fly. Salesforce.com integration allowed the leads to flow directly into the customer’s CRM system in real-time.

Objective: Address the marginal ROI of their current B2C email campaign by employing email marketing best practices
Results: 10+ million emails deployed over a 12-month period with a marked improvement in delivery and response rates.
We approached the challenge by breaking down and examining each part of the email campaign, from design to delivery, and offered recommendations on a multi-version, multi-tier approach to improving deliverability. At each stage, we analyzed the data and moved forward with the best performers. We deployed a variety of email best practices such as email validation, maximizing compatibility, maintaining sender reputation, throttling, Inbox monitoring and predictive modeling amongst others to maximize delivery rates and build IP reputation.
